At Selected Auto Parts, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please carefully inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away if you notice any issues so that we can resolve them promptly.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return and refund, the item must:

  • Be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, hardware, manuals, and documentation.

  • Show no signs of use, wear, installation, modification, or damage caused after delivery.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Products that have been installed, used, modified, damaged by improper handling, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Missing parts

  • Incorrectly shipped

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper installation

  • Special-order or custom-made items

  • Clearance, closeout, or final-sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, please submit a return request for the original item (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
